About Garner Stock Photos

        Garner Stock Photos are a collection of images taken by Valerie Garner and family for the purpose of Rights Managed Licensing and Art Prints (see below for further details).  The website is a gallery for viewing low-res files, upon purchase a 300 dpi high resolution file will be delivered via email or CD to buyer for rights managed purchases.

Valerie Garner and family have been born, raised and lived the majority of their lives in Washington state, both Eastern and Western sides (which actually feel like two different states).  Our stock and editorial photos specialize in lifestyles and nature of Washington state and the Pacific Northwest in general.  They currently reside in beautiful Sedro Woolley.

We have a passion for life and beauty and enjoy capturing that reflection in photography, especially candid, genuine, real life moments of people (Each person one brings a unique quality that no one else can duplicate and we love when their personalities shine through the photos) and gorgeous nature / landscape images.   The other interest is whatever captures my eye and attention in the moment, and sometimes strange things do and become some of our favorite shots.  

Our images can be used for stock (contact us for price quotes) or for a fine art prints for individual or professional use, as they make beautiful framed décor for any setting.

This state has one of the greatest differences in climate and terrain in the nation.  Everything from rain forests, to dry dessert type landscapes, gentle rolling farmlands to rugged Cascade mountain ranges, a great canyon region, beautiful rivers and lakes, islands, coast lands, totally flat barren regions, glaciers and just about everything can be found.

The people are a rich diverse group of mixed cultures with a wide variety of interests.  It is the home of many Native American tribes, European ancestry, Hispanic, Asian and every other culture can be found living life here.  Washingtonians typically enjoy the beauty of nature with camping, hiking, fishing, gardening and all forms of outdoor activities.  It is a very large part of life in the Pacific Northwest.
